Squarespace Expands with Google Domains Acquisition

Squarespace announced the acquisition of Google Domains, including approximately 10 million registered domains.

Squarespace is a Google Workspace reseller. Customers who purchase domains through Workspace will transition to Squarespace billing and support services.

Squarespace, known for its website builder, also offers domain registration services. This acquisition adds around 10 million customers to Squarespace's portfolio.

As part of the agreement, Squarespace will honor the current Google Domain pricing for one year, ensuring continued customer affordability.
